I'm sorry to hear about your job search woes...as they are almost identical to mine although I think you packaged your CV more creatively than I did. Lots of respect for your creative value propositions!

I have 30 years in the software business- leadership/executive roles like VP/Director of Product, or Director of Marketing. I've launched and sold almost 20 products and services on four continents, won an industry award for innovation, contributed to telecom industry standards, yada-yada.

It is weird out there!

I took time off to study data science a few years ago and do a couple of volunteer projects. When I sought to return to the workforce, now with skills in areas like ML and AI, I was ignored!

I too have applied for hundreds of positions.
